A special release from Plantation, created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Maison Ferrand.
Plantation is a renowned rum brand celebrated for its mastery in the art of blending and aging Caribbean rums. The distillates are produced in some of the finest distilleries across the Caribbean and then transported to France, where they undergo further maturation to develop complex and refined aromatic profiles.
The Barbados XO 20th Anniversary Plantation is a rum distilled in Barbados and first aged in the tropical climate in ex-bourbon casks before being shipped to France, to Maison Ferrand, where it completes its maturation in a continental climate in ex-Cognac casks. This rum is bottled at 40% ABV and retains its natural color.
The box set includes: one 70 cl bottle of Barbados XO 20th Anniversary and two tasting glasses.

Color: Amber.
Aroma: Spicy on the nose, with notes of cinnamon and ginger, followed by citrus, toasted almonds, and a light hint of oak.
Taste: Fruity on the palate, with notes of raisin, plum, citrus, caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon, alongside hints of chocolate and nutmeg.
Finish: Long and persistent, with notes of pepper, vanilla, plum, and a dusting of cocoa.
