The Old Bushmills Distillery, located in the picturesque village of Bushmills in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, is recognized as the world's oldest licensed whiskey distillery, having received its official distillation license in 1608.
The Bushmills Black Bush Caviste Edition is a blended Irish whiskey containing a high proportion of single malt (at least 80%), aged between 7 and 9 years, with the remaining grain whiskey matured primarily in ex-sherry casks. This Irish whiskey has been bottled at a classic 43% ABV.

Palate: Creamy and smooth, with a rich entry of vanilla, custard, honey, and caramel. Red apple, dried apricot, and marshmallow emerge, balanced by a gentle spice and a subtle oak dryness.
Finish: Medium length, with lingering hints of dried fruit, honey, and brown sugar fading gently, giving way to a light spiced note and a final touch of vanilla and oak.
