Founded in 1965, Deanston is one of Scotland’s most distinctive distilleries. It is among the few to produce organic whisky and is uniquely housed in a converted 18th-century cotton mill dating back to 1785, rather than being built from the ground up.
The Deanston 10 Years Old Bordeaux Wine Cask is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky, initially matured for about 9 years in traditional ex-bourbon casks before being finished for several months in French red wine casks from Bordeaux. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and presented at its natural color.
