The FEW Bourbon Alice in Chains Edition, also called “All Secrets Known”, is an American bourbon born from the collaboration between FEW Spirits distillery in Evanston (Illinois) and the famous grunge band Alice in Chains. This release is part of the distillery’s musical collaborations dedicated to the world of rock and represents a meeting point between music culture and craft whiskey.
The FEW Bourbon Alice in Chains Edition is an American bourbon whiskey produced with a mashbill composed of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malted barley, all aged in new American white oak barrels before being finished for about 6 months in casks that previously held tequila. This whisky has finally been bottled at 101 proof, that is 50.5% vol., at its natural colour and in 3,300 total bottles.
