The distinctive shape of this whisky glass allows an optimal amount of liquid to come into contact with air, helping the aromas to develop. The narrower upper part of the glass makes it easy to drink while continuing to capture the aromas, while the solid, wider base allows you to fully appreciate the whisky’s color.
For over 30 years, Glencairn has been producing bespoke, high-quality glass and crystal. Despite being a leader in the industry in Great Britain, the company has remained family-owned and continues to strive for excellence in every product. The Glencairn tasting glass was born from an idea by Raymond Davidson, who set out to design a glass specifically for whisky; with the help of Scottish Master Blenders, he succeeded in developing and refining the glass into its current form.
The glass is sold without packaging.
