Although founded in 2015, Kurayoshi is owned by Matsui Shuzo and is currently equipped with five pot stills. The distillery is located at the foothills of Mount Daisen in Tottori Prefecture.
The Kurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky 8 Years Old is a blended malt composed of single malts aged for at least 8 years in casks that previously held bourbon whisky and bottled at a classic 43% vol.

Colour: Golden yellow.
Aroma: On the nose there are pleasant initial floral notes that then give way to vanilla and fruit.
Taste: On the palate we find notes of citrus, toasted oak, vanilla and ginger.
