Color: Bright gold.
Nose: Smoky and peaty with notes of sweet and spicy candy and fruit; with the addition of water, vanilla, honey and salinity emerge.
Taste: Deep and full-bodied, the smoke gives way to sweetness, with floral and woody notes; the addition of water reveals the peat, which however does not overpower the sweetness of chocolate and toffee, fading into delicate hints of heather and again peat smoke.
Finish: Long and full-bodied with a luxurious oily softness, with notes of salted butter and liquorice.
