Il Redbreast 12 Years Old Cask Strength è un Pure Pot Still whiskey. Un whiskey creato tradizionalmente dalla miscelazione di orzo maltato e non maltato (di solito in rapporto 60 a 40) distillato utilizzando un alambicco pot still. Questa tecnica, nata nel 1802, viene utilizzata esclusivamente in Irlanda e solo da pochissime distillerie. Il Readbreast viene fatto invecchiare per 12 anni e imbottigliato a forza di botte (cask strength) a 56,2% vol. (Batch B1/18). Ha un carattere unico, equilibrato e ben strutturato. Se amate i whiskey Irlandesi non potete lasciarvelo sfuggire.
