Color: Golden amber.
Aroma: Warm and indulgent, with waves of brown sugar, caramel pudding, and baked dates up front. Creamy notes of white chocolate, caramel, and baked apples dusted with cinnamon sugar and hints of sherry then emerge.
Taste: Spicy and richly layered, echoing the aromas with amplified intensity. Notes of white chocolate, caramel, and honey are present. The spice leans into deeper, woodier tones—more oak than cinnamon—providing a solid and mature structure. Everything is wrapped in a sticky toffee richness and glazed dates.
Finish: Ends on classically “sherried” notes—raisins, dried apricots, and ripe fruit. The wood influence is noticeable but well-integrated, offering a long and satisfying finish.
