Noah's Mill originated as one of the historic brands in the portfolio of Kentucky Bourbon Distillers (KBD), better known as Willett Distillery of Bardstown, in the heart of Kentucky. The name evokes the era of the farmer distillers, when farmers ground their surplus corn to distill it and transport it more easily to the markets. The bottle, with its nostalgic label depicting an old country mill, celebrates precisely this rural American tradition.
The Willett Noah's Mill is a small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, with batches generally composed of fewer than 20 barrels. It is distilled with a mash bill of 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% malted barley. Ag
