In the heart of Banffshire (Speyside), Aultmore Distillery has been producing one of the region’s purest and most elegant single malts since 1897, thanks to a slow distillation process and the use of water from the Burn of Auchinderran. Its stills favor a light and aromatic distillation, while maturation in American or European oak casks brings depth and structure.
The Aultmore 15 Years Old Sweet Marsala Finish is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky initially matured for about ten years in American oak refill hogshead casks, then finished for approximately six months in “Marsala Superiore Ambra Secco” casks that previously held dry Marsala wine. Bottled at a classic 46% ABV, it contains no added coloring and is non-chill filtered.

Taste: The palate reveals a more pronounced sweetness, with notes of honey, figs, ripe citrus, and hazelnut, complemented by hints of malt and light vanilla.
Finish: Medium length, slightly sweet, with notes of honey, dried fruit, and a touch of light spice (white pepper) alongside hints of blooming meadow and barley malt.
