he building housing the distillery is part of Glasgow’s rich history. The dock (Queen’s Dock) was built in 1877 by Morrison & Mason, and the project also included a hydraulic pump designed to raise or lower the bridge that served as the dock’s access point. In 2011, the “Pump House” was purchased by Tim Morrison, former Morrison Bowmore executive and owner of AD Rattray, with the goal of converting it into a distillery and closing the circle — as Tim is none other than the great-grandson of John Morrison, the man who built the dock and hydraulic pump 134 years earlier.
The Clydeside Stobcross is an unpeated single malt Scotch whisky made exclusively from Scottish barley and aged for at least 4 years in American and European oak casks before being bottled at a classic 46% ABV.

Color: Straw yellow.
Aroma: The nose reveals floral and fruity notes — violet, blooming meadow, apple, pear, apricot, and honey with hints of citrus.
Taste: The palate opens with a light spicy note of ginger, followed by honey, tropical fruit, and herbal tones with hints of orange zest.
Finish: Medium length, soft and refreshing, with notes of apple, pear, pineapple, honey, and spices.
