Edradour, founded in 1825 near Pitlochry, is one of Scotland’s most characteristic distilleries, famous for its traditional and almost entirely manual approach. Since 2002 it has been owned by Signatory Vintage, which has expanded production and introduced a wide range of wine cask finishes, without abandoning the old working methods.
The Edradour 12 Years Old 2011 Burgundy Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in small batches, distilled in March 2011 and bottled in December 2023. It was aged for twelve years in eight first-fill hogsheads that previously contained red Burgundy wine. It is bottled at 48.2% vol., without chill filtration and without colouring, in a limited edition of 2,840 bottles.
