The Glen Scotia distillery was founded in 1832 in Campbeltown, on the Kintyre peninsula, and is one of the three remaining active distilleries in what was once Scotland’s whisky capital. Today owned by the Loch Lomond Group, the distillery has maintained a unique and recognisable style characterised by full-bodied whiskies, often with a salty and fruity touch.
The Glen Scotia 12 Years Old is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured for at least 12 years exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 46% vol., non-chill filtered and at its natural colour.
