The Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master’s Select was created specifically for Travel Retail and brings together the very best of Suntory’s three iconic distilleries: Hakushu, with its light and floral single malt, Yamazaki, known for its fruity and smooth character, and the grain whisky of Chita. This version of Hibiki also contains a generous proportion of Yamazaki Sherry Cask. In total, the blend incorporates whiskies matured in five different types of cask, including American oak, European sherry casks, and Japanese Mizunara oak. Each cask was carefully selected by Suntory’s Master Blender, Shingo Torii. The elegant bottle design features 24 facets, symbolizing the 24 Japanese seasons.

Color: Deep gold.
Nose: Initially fruity with baked apple, plum, and fruit tart, followed by floral notes of rose petals and sweet oak.
Palate: Soft and sweet, with flavors of orange marmalade, dark chocolate, caramel, and delicate spice notes of ginger and white pepper.
Finish: Medium in length, with lingering hints of spice, cinnamon, tannins, and oak.
