The Mannochmore has a production capacity of 3.2 million liters, with water sourced from the Bardon Burn, a tributary of the River Spey. The Bardon Burn also provides water for the nearby Glenlossie distillery. The two distilleries are just a few meters apart and are part of the same property (Diageo), both managed by the same team of people.
The Mannochmore 12 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky distilled in October 2008 and aged for 13 years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks before being bottled in November 2021 at 50% ABV, without chill filtering and without the addition of colorants.
