Active since 1960, the distillery has passed through several owners and is currently owned by Elixir Distillers, which acquired it in 2022 from Pernod Ricard. The Blueprint releases are the first under the new ownership, with Elixir aiming to give an early indication of how Tormore’s single malts will develop in the years ahead.
The Tormore Blueprint 10 Years Old Bourbon Barrel is a single malt Scotch whisky aged for at least 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled at 48% vol., without chill filtration and at natural colour, in a total of 1,500 bottles.
