Nose: The nose opens with aromas of ripe fruit, peach and lemon zest, enriched by sweet vanilla, honey and light woody spices. Notes of warm pastry and green grass are also present.
Palate: On the palate there is a fine balance between sweetness and spice: notes of lemon cake and vanilla cream intertwine with black pepper and ginger, with floral hints.
Finish: Good persistence, with citrus, charred oak and a dry closing, alongside hints of toasted oak and barley malt.
