Founded in 2005 by Anthony Wills, Kilchoman is one of the few distilleries in Scotland that can truly be called a “farm distillery.” To celebrate its twentieth anniversary, Kilchoman has created four special bottlings that tell its story through different maturation styles.
The Kilchoman 15 Years Old Sherry Cask is a peated single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 2008 and aged exclusively in just five ex-Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled at cask strength (52.7% ABV), unchill-filtered and at natural color, in a total of 3,153 bottles.
