Color: Pale straw yellow.
Aroma: On the nose, gentle coastal peat notes, red apple, peach, malted barley, green grass, and a light touch of brine.
Taste: Initially sweet on the palate, then shifting slightly savory. Notes of malted barley, followed by vanilla, spicy oak, and orange.
Finish: Medium length, with notes of clove, black pepper, apricot jam, caramel, and subtle floral hints with distant sea smoke.
