Knockando is a historic Speyside distillery founded in 1898. Long associated with the J&B blend, it is known for producing elegant, refined and beautifully balanced single malts. Independent bottlings like this one from Signatory Vintage allow the distillery’s true character to shine, especially when enhanced by quality sherry cask maturation.
This Signatory Vintage Knockando 15 Years Old was distilled in 2010 and matured for 15 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead before being bottled in 2026 at natural cask strength. Presented at 54.4% vol., non-chill filtered and at natural colour.

Color: Rich amber with golden highlights.
Nose: Elegant and inviting. Notes of dried fruit, raisins, orange peel and dark chocolate, supported by warm spices, toasted nuts and a subtle sherry sweetness.
Palate: Full-bodied and well balanced. Dried fruit and chocolate lead, followed by ginger, cinnamon, toffee and a pleasant oily texture, with a gentle nutty note typical of Knockando.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering spices, dark chocolate, dried fruit and a soft sherry sweetness.
