Glenfarclas is one of the most renowned distilleries in Speyside, founded in 1836 in Ballindalloch and still owned by the Grant family. It is famous for its single malts with a strong sherry vocation. This independent bottling by North Star Spirits, created for the tenth anniversary of the brand, showcases its most elegant side.
The GlenXxxxxxx 19 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky distilled in May 2006 and bottled in February 2026. The whisky was matured for 19 years in a single refill ex-sherry hogshead — a second-fill cask that imparts measured aromas while allowing the distillery’s malty and fruity character to take centre stage. It is bottled at natural cask strength (59.0% vol.), without chill filtration and at its natural colour, in a limited edition of 299 bottles.
