Ardmore is one of the few Highland distilleries that produces single malt with a light level of peat. Founded in 1898 by Adam Teacher, it has always maintained a recognisable style that unites elegant fruitiness with a delicate and well-integrated smokiness.
The Ardmore 14 Years Old is a peated single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 2011 and bottled in October 2025 after maturation in refill ex-Oloroso sherry casks only. It belongs to the 100 Proof series Edition #62 and is bottled at 57.1% vol., non-chill filtered and at its natural colour.

Color: Coppery amber with golden reflections.
Nose: Spicy and inviting. Notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate and warm spices (ginger and cinnamon), with an underlying light peat, candied citrus and a touch of toasted wood.
Palate: On the palate we find notes of dried fruit and spices, followed by chocolate, caramel and a light smoky note that intertwines with hints of oak and white pepper.
Finish: Good persistence, with a return of spices, chocolate and a pleasant touch of delicate peat that gradually fades.
